Unlike other agricultural co-ops, this does not mean that you must sell your honey to the Co-Op.
If you want to sell under your own label, the co-op can simply connect beekeepers with retailers, and get out of the way.
Retailers want a reliable supply of honey, and the Co-Op can team several beekeepers to assure that retailers never run out.
We also plan to operate a shared honey extraction and bottling facility, so that members can avoid buying expensive captial equipment.
